Total security :
All monies are paid onto an escrow account until all necessary documents to proceed to the transfer of ownership are received and cleared from encumbrances. Only at this time, we will arrange payment to be made to the Vendor.
- Our services to Vendors :
- Creation of full specifications of your yacht in several languages.
- Sending the file of your boat to potential Buyers.
- Advertising on several international websites and in the yachting press.
- Dispatch of your boat information to our international network of yacht brokers.
- Prior to your agreement display of your yacht at international boat shows and/or participation to other marketing action/event.
- Technical and commercial argumentation with potential Buyers.
- Viewings of your boat with Buyers.
- Handling the multiple aspects of the negotiation and control the sale transaction.
- Set-up of the Memorandum of Agreement to be signed by the Buyer and clearance of deposit on the escrow account.
- Organization of survey and sea trial.
- Drafting of final Sal's Contract to be signed by the Buyer and clearance of the balance payment on the escrow account.
- Collecting all documents necessary for the transfer of ownership prior to making the payment to you.
- Yacht delivery to the Buyer.
Total security :
All monies received by the Buyer and held on the escrow account will be released to you upon completion date. The yacht is delivered to the Buyer once the Vendor has received and cleared the funds onto his account.
We ensure fully discretion and confidentiality : if you are Vendor or Buyer as well, all personal information provided by you will not be sent to anyone.
